These are areas utilized by students from pre-k to graduation.

Karen York, Founder/Owner
- Advanced Trainer for SOI (Structure of Intellect System)
- Specialist for IPP (Integrated Practice Protocol)
- Education Degree from Amarillo College AND West Texas A&M University
- Combination of eighteen years, taught in public school, in the private school community, and homeschool community. Trained with SOI/IPP for the past twelve years
I grew up in the Texas panhandle. Years ago, I recall my Junior year in High School. I had a teacher ask me out to the hall. She was concerned about my learning abilities. She asked how come I could not learn like my sister. I remember it like it was yesterday. Years later, I simply have never learned like the average student! I can look back at that day and realize I will never be silent about helping the underdog, the challenged learner, the one that just does not understand or are not capable of being a well prepared student that is critical for the learning process. When learning ability within the student is challenged, the education experience becomes difficult and the student is faced with low motivation, the student becomes quite (that was me), or behavior issues develop.
I am passionate about helping students achieve those weaknesses and strengthen gifted ares that lead to transformation. Learning abilities can and are being developed by those involved in the SOI/IPP programs. It is a brain to body experience. I am driven to help the student gain confidence, mentor the parent and show the student their worth!
